Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Soldotna, AK.

I began with Darla back in the summer of 2010, when I was just beginning to comb the waters of the Kenai Peninsula for a house. During that time Darla helped me find an awesome place that was really affordable. Additionally her husband, was very helpful for home inspections and just days before buying the foreclosed property, he and Darla helped me get the house fixed up enough to pass appraisal so I could secure a FHA loan. Between the website that they have together on darlaspringer.com, and the pairs overall teamwork to get the sale through, I'd recommend them to any of my friends and family.
